E&TE Wing SLAF Base Ratmalana celebrated its 25th formation day on 02nd April 2016 under the guidance of the Commanding Officer, Wg Cdr PN Fernando together with all officers, other ranks and the civilian staff.

The formation day began with a parade reviewed by the Commanding Officer.Anniversary commemorative activities were enriched with a Sramadana to clean vihara premises followed by a Alms Giving at “Ratmalana Purana Maha Viharaya”.

Apart from above activities a cricket match played among E & TE Wing personnel to uplift the team spirit and fraternal bonds within the formation.
