119th birth anniversary of a former Prime Minster of Sri Lanka, the Late General Sir John Kotelawala was commemorated on 04 April 2016 at the Kotelawala Defence University (KDU) premises. The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Gagan Bulathsinghala, graced event as the chief guest.
