Annual AOC’s Inspection at SLAF Station Batticaloa
The Commander of the Sri Lanka Air Force Air Marshal Gagan Bulathsinghala conducted the Annual Inspection of SLAF Station Batticaloa today (07 may 2016).
Commanding Officer Wing Commander VGGB Piyasiri received the Commander on his arrival and a guard of honour commanded by Flight Lieutenant WASR Weerasinghe was accorded to the Commander of the Air Force.
During the course of the inspection, the Commander visited all areas of the Station. On conclusion and during the customary address for the Officers, Airmen and the Civilian staff of the Station, the Commander appreciated their hard work and dedication exhibited. The Commander encouraged them to set and reach even higher goals to uplift the standard of the Station during next year.
