The Indian Air Force Hockey team arrived in Sri Lanka on a goodwill sports visit on 12 June 2016.  
 
Their first engagement with the Sri Lanka Air Force Hockey team took  place  at the Astro Turf, Colombo 7 on 13 June 2016.

IAF team won their match against SLAF and the teams will meet again for the second match at the same venue on 16 June 2016.
