A Grooming Workshop for SLAF Lady Officers
A grooming workshop for the lady Officers of the SLAF was organized by the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit on 20, 25 and 26 July 16 at the Auditorium of AFHQ, Colombo under the supervision of Directorate of Training.
The workshop was steered by Mrs. Priyangani Jayawardena, Directress of ‘Accenxia’. The objective of this workshop was personality development and improving awareness on the value and responsibility of being a Lady Officer of the Sri Lanka Air Force.
Mrs. Priyangani Jayawardena enriched the participants with her own experiences and delivered valuable tips to be a dutiful servicewoman, wife, mother and a responsible citizen.
Further, Mrs. Jayawardena elaborated on the responsibilities as a Guest or a Host, effective tips on planning functions, dining etiquettes, importance of maintaining good health and personal hygiene.
