Annual Commander's Inspection at SLAF Headquarters
The
Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy conducted the
Annual Commander’s Inspection at Air Force Headquarters today (10
November 2016).
The Commander was welcomed by the Commanding Officer SLAF Station Colombo, Air Commodore Prasanna Payoe. A Guard of Honour was accorded the Commander at Headquarters, following which 1 Master Warrant Officer, 3 Warrant Officer, 15 SNCOs, 10 JNCOs, 5 LACs and 2 Civilians received commendations from the Commander.
On conclusion of the inspection at Air Force Headquarters, The Commander departed to SLAF Guwanpura. The inspection will be continued tomorrow (11 November 2016) at SLAF Station Colombo.
