Third Workshop for Pre-School Teachers for the Year 2018
The third workshop for Sri Lanka Air Force Pre-school teachers for year 2018 was conducted at Old Conference Hall, Air Force Headquarters on 8th August 2018. This was conducted in collaboration with the Directorate of Welfare and Sri Lanka Air Force Seva Vanitha Unit.
The workshop was conducted by Technical Adviser Mrs. Violet Siriwardene with the participation of all pre-school teachers. There were lectures and discussions on the early childhood education and development of pre-school kids and it was demonstrated how teachers can integrate activity games and group work in their classroom teaching for effective learning outcomes. Teachers showed enthusiasm in learning the latest teaching techniques and were able to practice some selected activities during the workshop. Technical Adviser briefed on the forthcoming annual concerts also.
