The Sri Lankan Youth Association based in France recently joined hands with Sri Lanka Air Force Seva Vanitha Unit to support the conflict affected families of Morawewa. The Association harnessed the support of its members to collect funds towards this worthy cause. The representatives of the Association who visited the area, donated water tanks, motors and distributed books among the needy students of Morawewa. They also donated money to students towards a trip to Colombo. For many of the students in Morawewa, this trip will be the first experience with the Capital of the country.
