Sri Lanka Air Force Base Katunayaka became the champions of Inter Unit Badminton Tournament 2010 by defeating Sri Lanka Air Force Academy Chinabay by winning three out of five games.

The annual feature in the SLAF sports calendar was concluded on the 23rd of July 2010 at SLAF Base Katunayake Sports Complex.

The Director Inspection and Safety, Air Vice Marshal EGJP Silva graced the occasion as the Chief Guest for this event and Director Air Operations and Chairman of the SLAF Badminton Air Vice Marshal kolitha Goonetileke and Acting Base Commander SLAF Base Katunayaka Group Captain P Jayawardana were also present.
