SLAF Station Weerawila celebrated its 41st Anniversary on the 1st of June 2019.  The working parade was held under the purview of the Commanding Officer, Air Commodore DRAB Warakanga with the participation of all Officers, Other Ranks and Civilian Staff.

A Cricket Tournament, tree planting, fatigue programmes at the “Subadra Elders Home” and Weerawila Maha Vidyalaya was organized with the participation of all personal of the Station as part of the anniversary celebrations.
