The All Island Open Women’s 3x3 Pick Up Game 2019, Basketball tournament organized by Sri Lanka Basketball Federation was held at the Nawala Gateway College on the 16th of June 2019. Eight Women’s Teams participated and SLAF played in the Finals against the Track Master Team where the SLAF Team emerged as Runner Up of the tournament.
