Handing Over of Newly Constructed Vocational Training Center at Poovarasankulam
A newly constructed Vocational Training Center at Poovarasankulam was handed over by Air Commodore KKAK Kaluarachchi, the Commanding Officer SLAF Regiment Training School (RTS) Vanni to Mr. V. Kanagasundaram, the Deputy Director, Vocational Training Authority Vavuniya yesterday (15th of July 2019).
This Project was funded by the Secretariat for Coordinating Reconciliation Mechanism (SCRM) and constructed by the SLAF. The construction work of the project was commenced by the SLAF Regiment Training School Vanni on the 27th October 2018 and completed on 16th of January 2019 under the guidance of the Directorate of Civil Engineering.
The handing over ceremony was attended by Mr. Sanjeewa Wimalagunarathne, the Director Local Affairs Coordination Unit, the Additional District Secretary of Vavuniya, Officers and Other Ranks of SLAF RTS Vanni.
