Hair & Beauty Culture Workshop Conducted for SLAF Beauticians

Clippers Hair and Beauty Salon, Guwanpura conducted a Hair-Care and Beauty Culture Workshop for the Air Force beauticians yesterday (20th August 2019) with the courtesy of Sanguin Services Pvt Ltd (Loreal). The workshop was conducted by the qualified trainers from Loreal Beauty Culture Training Institute Ms. Anushka Hettige, Ms. Ayodya Manathunga and Mr. Janaka Wickramage with the company representative Mr. Gavin Blok.

22 Beauticians from SLAF Hair and Beauty Salons representing Guwanpura, Academy China Bay, Katunayake, Ratmalana, Hingurakgoda and Ekala benefitted from the programme whilst gaining hands-on experience along with a valuable certificate sponsored by Loreal. Beauticians took part in three mock treatments under the guidance of the trainers during the session while the main focus was given to the usage of Ammonia Free hair colours which is a growing trend in the industry.

The Acting Command Welfare Project Officer, Group Captain PE Gunawardena and Officer In Charge of the Clippers Salon at SLAF Guwanpura Flight Lieutenant WPGGD Wijerathna were also present for the occasion.
