NEW SEVA VANITHA DAIRY SHOP DECLARED OPEN BY COMMANDER AT COLOMBO
On a novel concept of the Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs Charmini Pathirana, a new Dairy Shop was declared open today (17th March 2021) at SLAF Station Colombo by the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sudarshana Pathirana.
The objective of this project are to provide an opportunity for both service and civil personnel to benefit from dairy products produced by SLAF such as Curd, Yoghurt and Yoghurt drink and also to promote indigenous milk products within the country. The Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs Charmini Pathirana, Members of the AFBM, Commanding Officer SLAF Station Colombo, Air Vice Marshal Janaka Amerasinghe and Mrs Sunethra Amerasinghe , Air Secretary Air Commodore VP Balasuriya, Spouses of the AFBM Members, a cross section of Officers and Other Ranks of the SLAF Station Colombo along with the Staff of the Seva Vanitha Unit participated for the event.
