THE SLAF REGIMENT TRAINING SCHOOL CELEBRATES 09TH ANNIVERSARY
The SLAF Regiment Training School at Vanni proudly marked its 09th Anniversary yesterday (05 November 2021) under the Command of its current Commanding Officer, Group Captain GSN Priyadarshana RSP and Bar, USP, Justice of Peace.
The anniversary day proceedings commenced with a volleyball tournament to develop unity among all Ranks and civilian staff of the School. Subsequently, an all-ranks lunch was organized at the Airmens’ Mess of the School.
In line with the anniversary celebrations, a Blood Donation programme was also conducted at the School premises yesterday (05 November 2021). A community service project was conducted on 03 November 2021 in the form of a renovation of the Sinnathampane Vidyalaya. Further, all events were held with adherence to health guidelines for the prevention of spreading COVID-19.
