The 73rd Mr. Sri Lanka Body Building Championship 2021 organized by the Sri Lanka Body Building and Fitness Federation was held yesterday (19th March 2022) at Nawaloka Grounds, Welisara.

Sri Lanka Air Force Body Building player Leading Aircraftsman Chaminda Peris WM won the Gold medal and emerged as the Mr. Sri Lanka 2021 under 85Kg weight category. Along with, Corporal Samarasinghe APGSM won the Bronze medal at the 85Kg weight category and Leading Aircraftsman Wijesooriya GGU won the 6th place under 90Kg weight category.
 
A total of 200 Body Builders participated including Tri Forces teams for the Championship. The Assistant Secretary of SLAF Body Building, Squadron Leader DPR Jayasinghe, Officials and players of SLAF Body Building team participated to witness the event.
