The Sri Lanka Air Force actively contributed to the initiative named "Nekathata Pelayak" a National Tree Planting Drive held today (20 April 2023) under the guidance of the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sudarshana Pathirana.

The event was executed under the supervision of the Command Agro Officer, Air Commodore Erandika Gunawardena, and undertook the planting of Rambutan and Mango plants in the Agro Farm land area at SLAF Base Katunayake. The event was attended by Air Commodore SR Udukumbura, along with other officers and men, with great enthusiasm.

The SLAF’s significant participation in this initiative underscores its unwavering commitment to the conservation and protection of the environment.
