The visiting Chief of the Air Staff of Indian Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Vivek Ram Chaudhari called on Secretary to the Ministry of Defence General Kamal Gunaratne (Retd) today (03 May 2023).

The Chief of the Air Staff was warmly welcomed by Secretary to the Ministry of Defence at the MOD premises. During the call on the Secretary Defence expressed his gratitude for the continuous support and assistance provided by the Indian Air Force to Sri Lanka in various capacities, including joint military exercises and training.

In conclusion, the visiting Air Chief and the Secretary exchanged mementos to mark the memorable occasion.
