CERTIFICATE AWARDING CEREMONY OF NO 20TH BASIC AIR LOAD MASTER COURSE
The Certificate Awarding Ceremony of No 20th Basic Air Load Master Course took place at No. 01 Supply and Maintenance Depot, SLAF Base Katunayake yesterday (15 June 2023). The event was graced by Director General Logistics, Air Vice Marshal RN Thilakasinghe, as the Chief Guest.
The ceremony recognized the achievements of 15 trainees, comprising 10 officers and 5 other ranks, who were awarded certificates for successfully completing the ground training program. The training course spanned from the 17 April to 15 June 2023.
Among the trainees, Squadron Leader WTU Fernando secured the 1st place in the course. Flight Lieutenant RMK Sandaruwan and Squadron Leader RPS Silva distinguished themselves by securing the 2nd and 3rd places, respectively.
The occasion concluded with the best wishes from the Chief Guest, for their achievement and encouraged them to leverage their newly acquired expertise to further enhance the operational capabilities of the SLAF.
