The outgoing Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sudarshana Pathirana, made a farewell call on the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Priyantha Perera at the Naval Headquarters today (27 June 2023).

Air Marshal Pathirana was accorded with a Guard of Honour on arrival at Naval Headquarters. After a brief discussion, Air Marshal Pathirana conveyed his gratitude for the support extended to the Sri Lanka Air Force during his tenure. The two Commanders exchanged mementos to mark the occasion and the Vice Admiral Perera conveyed his best wishes for all future endeavors.
