The outgoing Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sudarshana Pathirana, made a farewell call on the Chief of Defence Staff, General Shavendra Silva at the Office of Chief of Defence Staff yesterday. (28 June 2023).

After a brief discussion, Air Marshal Pathirana conveyed his gratitude for the support lent during his tenure and presented the Chief of Defence Staff with a memento to mark the occasion. The Chief of Defence Staff also congratulated the outgoing Commander and wished him success in all future endeavors.
