The Inter-Unit Wrestling Championship 2023 was held at SLAF Base Katunayake from 26 to 28 June 2023. Both the Mens’ and Womens’ Championships were secured by SLAF Station Colombo. SLAF Base Ratmalana and the Technical Formation SLAF Base Katunayake clinched the runners-up trophies in the men's and women's categories respectively.

The Best Technical Wrestler for the Men’s category was won by Corporal Fernando BSKP from SLAF Base Ratmalana and Leading Aircraftwoman Sathsarani RPK, who represented the Technical Formation at SLAF Base Katunayake, was crowned in the Women's category. Air Commodore Manoaj Keppetipola, the Acting Director General Administration, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
