SLAF SEVA VANITHA UNIT CONDUCTS A PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINNING PROGRAMME FOR BEAUTICIANS OF CLIPPERS HAIR AND BEAUTY SALONS
Under the guidance of the Chairperson Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Enoka Rajapaksa SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit organized a training programme for beauticians within the SLAF at Clippers Hair and Beauty Salon Guwanpura yesterday (07 August 2023). The training session was expertly led by Mrs. Mahal Ranasinghe, ensuring a high-quality and informative experience for all participants.
This session was aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of the beauticians, specially covering sari draping techniques and modern trends of this field. The event was organized as a part of the Seva Vanitha Unit’s ongoing efforts to provide professional development opportunities for SLAF beauticians.
The President Seva Vanitha of SLAF Station Colombo, Mrs. Shanika Fernando, Officer In Charge of SLAF Clippers Salon, Group Captain Dinesh Panduwawala and Wing Commander Himali Mendis, beauticians of Clippers salons and staff of SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit attended the programme.
