The Inter Unit Taekwondo Championship 2023 was conducted on 04 and 06 September 2023 and the Awarding Ceremony was held at the indoor gymnasium at SLAF Base Katunayake with the graceful presence of the Director General Administration, Air Vice Marshal KMK Keppetipola, as the Chief Guest.

SLAF Base Vavuniya claimed the Championship in Men’s while SLAF Station Colombo secured the Championship in Women’s. However, SLAF Base Katunayake and SLAF Academy China Bay claimed the joint runner-up in the Men’s and SLAF Combat Training School Diyatalawa claimed the runner-up in the Women’s category, respectively.

Director Sports, Group Captain WASB Weerasekara, Chairman SLAF Taekwondo Air Commodore  VTS Sirimanna, Member of the Air Force Sports Council and the invitees attended the ceremony.
