The Tandem Jumps Fiesta, organized by the Sri Lanka Air Force, is a thrilling and unique event designed to experience the excitement and skill of tandem skydiving. This event typically features experienced skydivers paired with novices, allowing participants to experience the adrenaline rush of freefall while securely harnessed to a professional.

The Tandem Jumps Fiesta, currently taking place against the scenic backdrop of SLAF Station Koggala, features a group of highly qualified tandem jump instructors, including Mr. Marcus Laser from Spain, Group Captain Jagath Godakanda, Wing Commander Vijitha Gomis, and Wing Commander Sumedha Ritigala.

The adventure sports enthusiasts successfully completed their tandem jumps today (01 June 2024) from an altitude of 10,000 feet after undergoing a series of eligibility tests and intensive training. Novices who completed their first tandem jumps were eligible to receive a package, which included a recorded video, a valued certificate and an unforgettable experience.
