ADJUTANT GENERAL OF THE STATE OF MONTANA NATIONAL GUARD CALLS ON THE COMMANDER OF THE AIR FORCE
The Adjutant General of the State of Montana National Guard and the Head of the Delegation, Major General Peter J Hronek called on the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe, today (07 May 2025).
During the meeting, Air Marshal Edirisinghe, Major General Hronek and the delegates engaged in productive discussions on matters of bilateral importance, which included the strengthening of defence cooperation and the exploration of enhanced training opportunities. Moreover, the meeting provided a prospect for further solidifying the partnership between the State of Montana National Guard and the SLAF.
The event was attended by the Chief of Logistics, Colonel Trenton Gibson, the Defence Attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Nelson and the Deputy Chief of the Office of Defence Cooperation, Major Elizabeth Hewett. Representing the SLAF, the Chief of Staff, Air Vice Marshal Lasitha Sumanaweera, and the Director General Air Operations, Air Vice Marshal Deshapriya Silva, also joined the discussions.
