Under the guidance of the Chairperson of the Air Force Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Krishanthi Edirisinghe, a special donation program was conducted today (23 June 2025) at Air Force Headquarters, Sri Jayewardenepura. During the event, three wheelchairs and three walkers were donated to support the family members of SLAF personnel in need.

Beneficiaries of this donation included family members of Warrant Officer MM Sumedha, Flight Sergeant NPGCK Wijewardana, Sergeant KKGM Jayarathna, Corporal WDN Chathuranga, Leading Aircraftman HW Hathurusinghe and Leading Aircraftman JA Thilakarathna.

The event was attended by the Secretary of the Seva Vanitha Unit, Wing Commander Lilangi Randeni.
