The Baseball Finals of the 13th Defence Services Games 2024/2025, organized by the Sri Lanka Navy, were successfully held on 27 June 2025 at the Japan–Sri Lanka Friendship Baseball Ground, Diyagama. The tournament concluded with thrilling performances, highlighting the growing competitiveness and high standards of baseball within the Tri services.
 
In the Men’s category, the SLAF emerged victorious, clinching the Championship title for the first time with a hard fought 4–2 win over the SL Army in an intense and tactical final match. In the Women’s category, the SL Army emerged as Champions after defeating the SLAF Women’s Team, who secured the Runners-up position. Notably, this was only the second time in Defence Services history that the Women’s Baseball Tournament was held, and this edition was conducted on a trial basis, reflecting a growing interest and commitment to developing Women’s Baseball in the Tri-services.
 
The occasion was graced by the Director General Service of the SL Navy, Rear Admiral GSD Weerasuriya, as the Chief Guest. Also in attendance were Chairman of SLAF Baseball, Air Commodore Chandimal Hettiarachchi and Director of Sports SL Army, Brigadier KADCR Kannangara. The event was further honoured by the presence of several other distinguished guests and senior Tri-service officials.
