The SLAF conducted a conference yesterday (07 August 2025) at Air Force Headquarters, led by the Command Master Warrant Officer, Master Warrant Officer M Damith. The event brought together Master Warrant Officers, Warrant Officers from Academy, Bases and Stations, as well as senior Airwomen from various Air Force establishments. The conference was aimed at enhancing the knowledge and personal development of the participants.

The programme focused on three key areas which included the role and responsibilities of SLAF personnel in contributing to the effectiveness of the Air Force, the welfare schemes and benefits available and the financial entitlements offered to members of the SLAF.

Lectures were delivered by Command Master Warrant Officer along with a panel of experienced instructors, who provided valuable insights and practical guidance to all attendees.
