DEFENCE SERVICES COMMAND AND STAFF COLLEGE – BANGLADESH DELEGATION VISITS AIR FORCE HEADQUARTERS
A 51-member delegation from the Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSC&SC) – Bangladesh visited Air Force Headquarters today (09 September 2025). The delegation was headed by Group Captain Salahuddin Ahmed.
The head of the delegation, Group Captain Salahuddin Ahmed, along with a few members, called on the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Air Force, Air Vice Marshal Demian Weerasinghe, where symbolic mementos were exchanged to mark the occasion.
Subsequently, Wing Commander Tharindu Kodithuwakku, conducted a presentation on the History, Post-Conflict Role and Challenges of the Sri Lanka Air Force. The Director General Air Operations, Air Vice marshal Dhammika Dias, Director General Training, Air Vice Marshal Thushara Weerarathne and Senior Officers were also present at the session.
