SLAF SEVA VANITHA UNIT DONATES MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS TO WALANA LAKSHMI JUNIOR SCHOOL
The Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Krishanthi Edirisinghe, together with the Commanding Officer of SLAF Station Bandaranaike International Airport, Group Captain Nilindra Perera, and the President of the Station’s Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Hansika Perera, participated in a musical instruments handing-over ceremony held yesterday (15 September 2025) at Walana Lakshmi Junior School, Katunayake.
The initiative, carried out under the guidance of Mrs. Krishanthi Edirisinghe, was made possible through the support of SLAF Station BIA and the contributions of generous well-wishers.
The Chief Guest, Chairperson Seva Vanitha Unit, formally presented the donations, while the donors who supported the cause were also present, adding further significance to the event.
