YOGA SESSION SERIES LAUNCHED AT SLAF STATION KOGGALA
SLAF Station Koggala ceremonially launched its Yoga Session Series yesterday (03 October 2025), with the objective of enhancing the physical and spiritual wellbeing of service personnel.
The inaugural session was conducted by Mr. Chaminda Ruhunage, International Yoga Instructor and Director of the Yaha Yoga Academy, who guided participants through a series of structured practices designed to promote mindfulness, flexibility and overall wellness.
The programme was held at the scenic Koggala Beach area, providing an ideal natural setting for the session. The initiative was organized under the guidance and patronage of the Commanding Officer, Group Captain Priyadarshana Hettiarachchi and witnessed the enthusiastic participation of all officers and other ranks of the Station.
