An Outbound Training Programme was successfully conducted by SLAF Station Koggala yesterday (05 October 2025) for the Joint Consultation Unit (JCU) of MAS Intimates – Unichela Koggala, with the participation of 35 members. The programme was held under the guidance of the Commanding Officer, Group Captain Priyadarshana Hettiarachchi, at the Station premises.

The day commenced with a refreshment session at the Eagles’ Catalina Golf Club House, where the participants were warmly welcomed by the Commanding Officer. The programme included a series of leadership and team-building activities designed to enhance discipline, teamwork and professional cooperation among the participants. In addition, the group visited the ‘Osu Uyana’, the Station’s herbal garden, which provided valuable insights into sustainable wellness practices.

The event concluded with an energetic beach volleyball session at the Koggala beach premises. The programme not only offered a refreshing outdoor experience but also strengthened key values such as mutual respect, punctuality and collaborative leadership, making it a memorable and productive day for all attendees.
