SLAF ACADEMY CHINA BAY CELEBRATES 65TH ANNIVERSARY
The SLAF Academy China Bay celebrated its
65th Anniversary on 03 April 2026 under the guidance of the Commandant,
Air Vice Marshal Amal Perera.
The celebrations commenced with a customary working parade held at the Academy Parade Square, which was reviewed by the Commandant. Following the parade, an Elle tournament was organized at the Academy Sports Ground as part of the anniversary events.
In parallel with the anniversary activities, a beach-cleaning programme was conducted at Trincomalee Beach yesterday (06 April 2026), with the participation of Academy service personnel.
