Non-Resident Defence Attaché of the Embassy of  France to Sri Lanka, based in New Delhi, Colonel Emmanuel Peltriaux  and French Maritime Safety and Security Advisor at the Embassy of France, Lieutenant Commander Florian Bouveno called on the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, Air Vice Marshal Lasitha Sumanaweera, at Air Force Headquarters today (26 May 2026), on behalf of the Commander of the Air Force.

The meeting included a brief discussion between the Chief of Staff and the visiting Attaché on matters of mutual interest, followed by the exchange of official plaques to mark the visit.
