The Awarding Ceremony for Certificates of Commendation and Qualification Insignia was held today (16 June 2026) at Air Force Headquarters. The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe, graced the occasion.

Certificates of Commendation were presented to individuals in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the Air Force. In addition, a Loadmaster Brevet was conferred upon an individual who successfully completed the requisite training course.
