The SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit donated one walker, one commode wheelchair and three standard wheelchairs to deserving family members of Air Force personnel today (21 July 2026) at Air Force Headquarters, Sri Jayewardenepura.

The initiative was carried out as part of the Seva Vanitha Unit’s ongoing welfare programmes aimed at supporting the families of SLAF personnel in need. The mobility aids were presented to the family members of Master Warrant Officer GGSL Premarathne, Flight Sergeant Jayasundara SMCD, Leading Aircraftman Jayasinghe PBK, Leading Aircraftman Rajapaksha RDCS and Civil RM Thilakarathne.

The Secretary of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, along with members, attended the occasion.
