SLAF CTS DIYATALAWA CONDUCTS MEDICAL AND DENTAL CLINIC AT HEEL-OYA PURANA VIHARAYA
SLAF CTS Diyatalawa conducted a medical and dental clinic on 29 August 2026 at Heel-Oya Purana Viharaya, under the guidance of the Commanding Officer Air Commodore Lalith Sugathadasa.
The clinic was conducted with the participation of SLAF Medical Officers, a Dental Officer, a Clinical Psychologist and hospital staff. A total of 200 beneficiaries comprising Buddhist monks and civilians, received medical, dental and psychological services during the programme.
The initiative was organized with the objective of providing essential health-care services while promoting the physical and psychological well-being of the clergy and civilian community within the Heel-Oya MOH area.
The programme further reflected the continued commitment of the Sri Lanka Air Force towards community welfare and its efforts to extend essential healthcare services to communities in need.
