The Non-Commissioned Officers' Management School, SLAF Academy China Bay, celebrated its 26th Anniversary on 01st September 2026 under the guidance of the Acting Commanding Officer, Squadron Leader KL Dhanawalawithana. The Non-Commissioned Officers' Management School, was established in the year 2000 with the primary aim to develop leadership qualities and managerial skills of the Non-Commissioned Officers to enable them to work efficiently to achieve predetermined objectives of the Air Force. 

In line with the anniversary celebration a "Shramadana" campaign was organized at Samudrasanna Vivekaramaya, China  Bay on 24 August 2026 and a "Beach Cleaning Programme" was conducted on 25 August 2026 at Sweat Bay by School Staff and Trainees.
