The Children's party of Sri Lanka Air Force Station Colombo was held on 27th Dec 2011 for which a gathering of approximately 1500 personnel consisting of Air Force Personnel serving at SLAF Station Colombo with their families and the civilian staff serving along with their family members participated.

The Chairperson of the Sri Lanka Air Force Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Neelika Abeywickrema graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Sri Lanka Air Force band, ‘Eagles’ added musical value to the event

The programme was started 1430 hrs and filled with an array of entertainment which included a magic show, Air Dog show, games for children and songs, Bouncers, Pony rides and a Merry go round as well as fast food outlets added to the fun and frolic, Santa Clause and many more fun raising events.

The Air Force Beat Group ensured the glamour and the colorfulness of the celebration with their professional performances which entertained the entire audience.

The Annual Get Together was held on 30th Dec 2011.
