Pakistan Air Force Chief Arrives in Sri Lanka

The Commander of the Pakistan Air Force (P.A.F) Air chief Marshal Rao Qamar Suleman arrived in Sri Lanka today (12th of November) for a three day visit to the Island. Arriving on an invitation extended by the Commander of the Sri Lanka Air Force, he is due to meet several dignitaries in the Sri Lankan defense establishment.  

Air Chief Marshal Suleman is scheduled to meet the Commander of Sri Lanka Air Force Air Chief Marshal WDMRJ Goonetileke on the 13th of November. The visit underscores the historic ties and friendly cooperation between the two forces. The Pakistan Air Force had extended technical assistance and training for the SLAF during its air campaign against the terrorists.  

During his stay the Air Chief Marshal will call on HE the President, the Secretary of Defense, Chief of Defense Staff (CDS), the commander of the Army, commander of the Navy.
