The fourth house constructed under the "Commander’s Housing Project” was handed over to former champion of women cycling, Mrs. UD Sriyalatha as a CSR project. The House Warming Ceremony was held under the patronage of the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy at Thambuththegama today (27 April 2018).

This project was  carried out by the Civil Engineering Wing and SLAF Base Anuradhapura. The project was completed under the overall supervision of the Directorate of Civil Engineering.

Director Civil Engineering Air Vice Marshal MRK Samarasinghe, Base Commander SLAF Base Anuradhapura, Air Commodore Nishen Abeysinghe, Officers, other ranks were also present at the ceremony.
