The Monthly Dharma Deshana programme presided over by the Venerable Shashthrapathi  Rajakeeya Panditha Dikwelle Upatissa  thero, the Chief Incumbent of Pancharama Meditation Centre, Montreal, Canada,, was held at SLAF Headquarters today  yesterday  (16 December 2015). Director Welfare AVM Lal Perera ,members from the Air Force Board of Management, senior officers, other ranks and civilians participated in the programme.
