The Annual SLAF Hindu Religious Ceremony was held at the Captains Garden Sri Kailasanathar Swamy Devasthanam, Colombo 10, today (06 August 2025) with the participation of the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe and Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Krishanthi Edirisinghe.

During the ceremony, blessings were invoked on those of the Air Force who made the supreme sacrifice, their families, all officers and other rankers presently serving at all SLAF establishments and assets of the SLAF.

The Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff, members of the Air Force Board of Management, representing SLAF establishments, the Commandant, Base Commanders and Commanding Officers, senior officers, a cross-section of officers and other rankers attended the ceremony.
